How PlanBrix works

  1. Step 1: Sign up free

    Continue with Google, or try it as a guest with no sign-up. Say what you do and PlanBrix starts your rate card for you.

    Free plan, no card needed.

  2. Step 2: Set up your business

    Add your business name, logo and payment details once. They go on every quote and invoice you send.

  3. Step 3: Make your rate card

    Save the things you sell and what you charge. Quotes, projects and Pola price new work from it.

  4. Step 4: Add a client

    A person, a brand, or an agency that books you for a brand, with the right contact on file.

  5. Step 5: Send a quote

    Pick the client, tap items from your rate card and the quote adds itself up. Email it or download the PDF.

    Emailing quotes and invoices comes with Pro.

  6. Step 6: Quote accepted, project started

    When the client says yes, one click turns the quote into a project: its items become your deliverables and its total your budget.

  7. Step 7: Run the project

    Drag tasks across your board, add new ones as they come up, and keep every due date in view.

  8. Step 8: Invoice and send

    Create the invoice from the project in one click, check the email, and send it from PlanBrix.

  9. Step 9: Get paid

    Record the payment when it lands. The invoice shows as paid and its reminders stop.

    Payment reminders come with Pro; Premium sends them automatically.

Questions

Do I have to use every step?

No. Use what you need: some people only send invoices, others run every project in PlanBrix. A quote is optional, and you can start a project or an invoice directly.

Are these videos the real app?

Yes. They are recordings of the PlanBrix screens you get, filled in with example clients and prices.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The free plan needs no card. Upgrade to Pro or Premium from Settings when you need more.
