Your data and security
You trust PlanBrix with your clients and your invoices. Here's how we keep them private, in plain words.
The short version
Sign in with Google
You sign in with your Google account, so PlanBrix never stores a password for you.
Your workspace is private
Your clients, projects, invoices and rates are only visible to you and the team members you invite. The database checks this on every request (row-level security).
Encrypted connections
Everything between your device and PlanBrix travels over HTTPS.
No card details
PlanBrix doesn't take payments inside the app, so it never asks for or stores card details.
No ads, no data selling
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your Google data to train AI models.
Pola, the AI assistant
When you use Pola (Pro and Premium), your message and the workspace details it needs, like client names and your rate card, are sent to the AI provider to answer. Pola conversations are deleted after 7 days, and voice recordings are never stored.
Leave any time
Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email hello@planbrix.online. When you delete your account it leaves the app at once. We keep a locked copy for 90 days, so you can still ask for it, then delete it for good.
